Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children's apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across Europe.
Operational for 8 years, the company has experienced rapid growth and now has over 500 employees across Europe.
We distribute our products through both wholesale working with major specialty and multi-brand retailers and retail, via our concessions in department stores.
In practical terms, this means that if you’re buying children’s apparel (ages 0–7 for Nike, 0–16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store or online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you’re holding has definitely passed through us, even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store.
To support our growth, we are offering a permanent position as a Sales Manager - General Partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Dimension:
Develop the visibility and influence of our brands/our segment/our products within key accounts.
Implement and achieve tailored business plans in line with the assigned strategy and commercial objectives.
Present product offerings in showrooms or external meetings, conduct sales and commercial negotiations, carry out field visits, and perform business prospecting.
Very regular communication with buyers regarding preview and sell-in meetings, order book management, shipping performance, market opportunities, and overall business.
Create and regularly monitor reports (account sell-in, shipping, orders, sell-through, etc.).
Travel within the region and to our offices.
Strategic Dimension:
Manage and develop five flagship brands in the lifestyle sportswear sector.
Participate in the creation of seasonal assortments, collection meetings, and provide feedback to each brand’s product merchandising teams.
Act as a key point of coordination for support functions within the scope (liaising with accounting, customer service, IT, etc.).
Technical Dimension:
Contribute to the creation and/or optimization of SELL-IN tools.
Monitor orders and ensure system integration (Salesforce).
Managerial Dimension:
Coordinate and drive discussion across different department (product, marketing, finance, CS and supply) and ensuring alignment with the commercial strategy.
Organize regular meetings to communicate operational objectives and evaluation criteria.
Foster a positive and results-driven team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably within Sport or fashion lifestyle industry.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in sales tools such as Sales Force and Microsoft Office.
Professional English written and speaking skills as a minimum.
Willingness to travel regularly – driving license mandatory.
