Rencontrez Laurent, Co-founder & CTO
Laurent graduated from a PhD in Applied Mathematics from École Polytechnique in 2014 and joined Google DeepMind as a Research Scientist, where he spent nine years contributing to a range of groundbreaking projects such as AlphaGo, AlphaFold, AlphaStar, and Google’s large language models including Chinchilla, RETRO, Gemma, and Gemini.
In 2024, he co-founded H Company, where he is now Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Rencontrez Pierre-Louis, Research Team Lead
Pierre Louis graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Stanford in 2018. He then worked in BenevolentAI and Google Deepmind for 6 years before joining H as a founding Research Lead
Our Product Engineering Team is committed to ensuring the successful implementation and operation of our Agents and Inference platforms, including ancillary services, which serve the needs of our Research department and act as a foundation for agentic products and services we take to market.
Rencontrez Maxime, Engineering Team Member
Maxime has been into building tech products with passion for the past 10 years. Graduated from ESSEC in 2012
Maxime has wide experience including consulting as well as an entrepreneur journey helping SMEs kick-off, teaching at Le Wagon
Rencontrez Erwan, AI Engineer
After graduating from Centrale Paris with a MS in AI & Computer science, Erwan worked a few years as Lead data Scientist at BCG.X.
He joined H as a founding engineer and has worked at many different roles helping to scale up the company
Our Forward Deployed Team is committed to ensuring the successful implementation of our Agents to help our customer automate and optimize tasks, and allow them to focus on what really matters. The team is also responsible to shape the future vision of our products by distilling learnings from the field into the H platform.

Graduated from Berkeley and KU Leuven, Maxime works more than 3 years in New York as a Forward Deployed Engineer in the Tech Industry before joining H as a Head of Forward Deployed Engineer

Graduated from Berkeley and Sciences Po, Lucie Anna has always been driven by one mission: helping organizations turn technology into real impact.
At H, she now works with leading enterprises to deploy agentic AI as an Implementation Strategist.
She is also passionate about building a more inclusive Tech ecosystem and making her hometown, Vincennes, ever more vibrant and innovative.
Our Ops Team is the backbone of our company, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while we focus on building cutting‑edge AI.
Covering HR, Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Office Management, they provide the essential support that keeps our people empowered and our operations strong.
