As a Fullstack Engineer (m/f/d) with mobile focus for our online services you are involved in all parts of the product life cycle: enjoy working on end-to-end product development, bringing in your mobile frontend experience and helping to improve our backend systems. • You drive the development of customer-facing features, from idea over user experience tests to implementation

• You write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices

• You create web-based user interfaces and tools and help us build our frontend tech stack

• You build scalable backend services, that can handle a quickly growing product

• You and your team colleagues are responsible for designing scalable web applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Container Engine

  YOUR TRAINING GOAL FOR YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS

• You take ownership of the work you do, you are able to understand its architecture and deliver on product requirements and features as well as improving testability and functionality 

• You are familiar with the EGYM ecosystem and the role of the different teams in the software engineering department

• You blend with the team and the company culture

• You are comfortable working with our codebase

• You have at least 3 years of practical experience and proficiency in frontend development and running web services

• You are a native web technologist: you speak HTML5, modern JavaScript (Typescript + React), CSS (experience with Ionic Framework, Ionic Portals, Capacitor and debugging native apps is a plus)

• You have backend development experience, Java or Golang with RESTful is a must

• You are passionate about user experience, interaction design, and responsive design

• You are interested in some of the latest trends of software engineering: build systems, test automation, and continuous delivery
