As a CRM Automation Manager, you will be responsible for managing CRM tools, data quality, and automation campaigns across all countries. You will work closely with the marketing team and the data team to ensure data quality and documentation updates. You will also build reports to monitor campaign performance and analyze results. This is a full-time position with a flexible work-from-home policy and free membership to our travel network.

Marketing automation is key in our growth strategy as it is the only way to send the appropriate message at the right timing to a specific user. Directly reporting to the Head of CRM within our Marketing team you will be responsible for CRM tools, data quality & automation campaigns for all the countries, in close collaboration with 2 other team members. Understanding user behaviour & needs, identifying holes in our user lifecycle and filling them with the most appropriate communication content & channel to increase conversion & renewal will be your daily job.
Datamodel & tools
Be one of our CRM tools expert : Iterable for email & push notifications & banners, CM.com for SMS
Implement new channels identified as good opportunities for HE (such as push web)
Own the CRM data model & coordinate any changes needed
Follow up on all relative bug resolutions
Work closely with the data team to ensure data quality & documentation update
Campaigns
Coordinate existing campaign optimization & run constant AB tests
Build new automation campaigns (content, integration, targeting, flow set up) based on business opportunities analysis
Build a strong mobile strategy to increase mobile traffic & conversions including push app, push web, SMS campaigns
Lead relative projects such as implement a preference center or sponsorship program revamp : identifying key people you want to involve in the project, analysis of the current situation, define issues we want to solve & objectives, build action plan & deliver it
Reporting
Build reports to monitor closely sendings & campaign performances
Analyze, share learnings & recommendations
Develop a reliable control group methodology to measure incremental revenue
At least 4 years of experience in managing CRM database & multichannel automation campaigns
A true appetence for data flows and complexity
HTML and SQL skills are a plus
Strong analytical skills and familiar with AB test methodology
Very good French and English communication skills, both verbal & written
