Key main responsibilities
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
· Developing and following the customers portfolio in the luxury industry as well as promoting the company’s services and products to both potential and existing clients
· Analysing client needs and propose tailored strategies to enhance their business performance.
· Coordinating projects with project management teams and ensuring smooth execution with ongoing support to clients and insightful reporting to management.
· Build strong, lasting client relationships through clear communication and regular updates. Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
TECHNICAL ADVICE AND SUPPORT
· Providing technical advice on proposed solutions
· Follow up after-sales service in collaboration with the technical teams (responsive assistance and effective solutions)
· conducting technology watch/competitive intelligence
INNOVATION & SUSTAINABILITY
· Sharing valuable market insights with our development team to enhance products, processes, and services.
· Lead the way in sustainability by proposing greener initiatives to customers, from optimized shipping to energy efficiency and responsible end-of-life management.

At least 4 years of experience in key account management and business development within the luxury industry.
Strong knowledge in Retail industry /Visual merchandising and British market is a plus.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English—additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, or German) are a plus
