To support our development, we are looking for a Cost controller.

Your mission will be to pilot cost controlling for the factory of GA Romania and ensure consolidated reporting to support company’s management in business decision making :

• Pilot plant budget activities
• Contribute to the implementation of SAP for cost controlling module
• Contribution to 3 Years’ Strategic plan
• Provide analysis and reporting to internal customers and Direction
• Anticipate and validate periodic inventories
• Determine optimization areas and advise operational managers for cost saving activities
• Check amp; confirm BOM values after technical changes, new projects etc.
• Lead improvement activities to assure the plant cost controlling process is reliable and flows on time
• Create robust systems to reduce time, efforts and to avoid mistakes

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
et middot; 5/7 Years of experience in similar position
et middot; Know how amp; experience about cost controlling processes in an industrial company (HVAC, manufacturing consumer goods, automotive…)
et middot; Preferably Economics or Business administration education, Finance or Industrial engineering
et middot; Fluent English
et middot; Expertise in Excel
et middot; Experience in ERP is a mandatory (SAP S4 Hana is a plus)
et middot; Analytical thinking
et middot; Good organizational skills amp; rigor: right balance between reliability of data, deadline respect and quality of the reports.
