Descriptif du poste

We are looking for an artist coach for Groover Club. The mission is freelance (2 to 3 days/week) and consists of individual coaching sessions with independent  artists.
The goal of a coaching session is to help artists with their careers and solve their current problems by helping them with expertise, advice, and network. 
After a coaching session, the artist has to feel he.she is on the right track to grow and develop his.her project.

Profil recherché

Must Have

  • Based in France

  • Extended knowledge of the music industry

  • Extended knowledge of emerging artists careers

  • Previous experience in artist management, label or music industry

  • Strong empathy and benevolence

  • Strong work ethics and dedication

  • Real passion about artists growth and music industry

  • Native French (English is a plus)

  • Regular usage of G-suite

  • Availability for 1 to 3 days

Nice to Have

  • Regular usage of low code organization tools like notion and Airtable

  • Social media management : regular usage of Tiktok, Instagram & Facebook

  • Meta business suite and Google ads management


Déroulement des entretiens

Process : 

- HR introduction call (30 minutes)

- Ops interview Chrystelle (1h case study and Role Play)

- Culture Fit Chrystelle (Project Leader) + Romain (CEO)
