As the Engineering Manager - Fullstack, you will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of frontend and backend solutions, ensuring exceptional code quality and leading the technical direction of the entire engineering team. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will mentor and manage a cohesive team of frontend and backend developers, fostering their growth in both technical and soft skills. You’ll be instrumental in key decision-making processes, collaborating closely with the CTO to define and track frontend and backend-oriented OKRs.

Lead and inspire the frontend and backend engineering teams to achieve their objectives, fostering an environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and innovation.
Mentor and coach individual team members, guiding them in their technical and interpersonal skills development.
Collaborate closely with the CTO in defining the team’s strategic direction, making key decisions, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Spearhead the onboarding of top-tier frontend and backend engineering talent, nurturing a diverse and skilled team.
Hands-on Technical Contribution: Actively contribute to the codebase, leading by example in the creation of robust frontend and backend solutions. Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability in alignment with established best practices

Proven track record in successful frontend and backend development, demonstrating leadership in guiding teams to deliver high-quality products.
Proven track record in successfully collaborating with Product teams, PMs and designers on building high-quality products.
Prior experience leading and recruiting frontend and backend engineering teams, nurturing talent, and fostering a positive team culture.
Proficiency in Vue.js, Typescript, Nuxt.js, Python 3, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS, with a willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies.
Delivery-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high standards in feature delivery, code stability, and maintainability.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts, challenge team members, and collaborate cross-functionally.
