Descriptif du poste

Your mission will be to grow and support our Groover Club community, the first club for independent artists: https://groover.co/fr/lp/groover-club. You will work closely with Romain, our CEO, and Chrystelle, head of Groover Club to grow our Club members community.

Missions

  • Get new artists to join Groover Club

  • Help artist with coaching and resources

  • Improve the sales process and make our distribution process efficient and scalable

  • Organize monthly open mic events to engage the community and provide artists with performance opportunities.

  • Build genuine connections with artists and warmly welcome them into the Club community

  • Deliver tailored social media analysis to help artists grow their audience and engagement.

  • Create impactful social content ideas to support upcoming releases.

  • Plan and host monthly open mic events to showcase artists and foster community.


Profil recherché

  • You are student in France

  • You already have an experience of selling a product or service before (at least one internship where you sold something successfully)

  • You have a previous experience in Music Industry or artist management is a plus

  • You are comfortable interacting with artists

  • You understand artist carrier development

  • You are pedagogical, patient, supportive

  • You are passionate about explaining or teaching

  • You understand how to present value to customers

  • You love Music & artists (Must Have)

  • You are rigorous, organised and disciplined

  • You are not afraid of handling multiple tasks at once

  • You have great written and verbal communication skills both in English and French

  • You have empathy and you are reactive

  • You are result-oriented

  • Your knowledge on CRM is a bonus

  • No-Code tooling experience is also a strong bonus (AirTable, Notion)

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Phone Screen with Baptistine (HR) 30 min

  • Home Case study

  • Ops & Fit interview with Chrystelle (Lead Groover Club)

  • Final Interview with Romain (CEO)

    Internship available for - 5/6 months only
