Our parent company - Greenweez.com is a pioneer and the European leader in the organic product market.
In 2020 a new subsidiary was incorporated in Brussels - Greenweez.be (covering the Benelux re-gion) – and is operating like a startup from our basecamp located at the Silversquare Coworking Community in Brussels.
To support our growth, we are looking for an entrepreneur who will help us to structure our procu-rement management strategy and day to day.

Job Description
We are looking for the Junior Buyer of Greenweez Benelux, based in Brussel.
You’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Greenweez Benelux and work in close collaboration with the Purchase Director, based in France.
You will also be working together with our Greenweez.com colleagues who are based in France, Haute-Savoie.

Role And Responsibilities :
• Suppliers management : identify new opportunities, optimize the current portfolio, contract and commercial management
• Product management : current assortment audit in terms of selection, performPrus-hance, quality, and relevance
• Procurement management : ordering, logistic, and administrative follow-up
• Pricing management
• Roll-out of and follow-up of a commercial strategy (promo plan, …)
• Various transverse continuous improvement projects

Specific Skillset :
• No professional experience required. However, a first professional experience within a similar function, preferably in FMCG, is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, curious and fast learner: you are not afraid of taking initiatives and to deal with external and internal stakeholders
• Commercially driven you want to develop a start-up and to make the difference
• Analytical, rigorous, and organized: you are at ease with (large!?) data bases. You are not afraid of Excel.
• Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a strong plus
• Ability to commute to Brussels, Louise Area

A strong plus : knowledge within organic sector and/or procurement department

Formation : Business Degree and/or Procurement specialization

Basic requirements
• Date : April to September 2022 or Septembre 2022 to February 2023
• Based in Brussel (Louise Area, in a coworking space)
• Possibility to work remotely, depending on the actual situation regarding the covid pan-demic
