As a Software Engineer and Technical Lead within our Product team 💻, you will technically lead a cross-functional squad composed of 2 or 3 full-stack developers and collaborate with UX designers 🎨.
More precisely, you will guide your team towards:
🚀 Efficient delivery:
Through specifications, reviews, and pair programming, you will ensure that the team delivers efficiently and follows best practices, with code merged daily to iterate on our codebase.
📈 A successful product:
As Technical Lead of a feature squad, you will own a business KPI and guide the product to respond in the best way to user feedback and business needs.
🛠️ Fast bug resolution and high-quality user experience:
Through monitoring of server performance, feedback, and bugs, you will make sure to provide the best experience to our users.
🌱 Professional growth:
Although always supported by Senior Management, you will be the key reference for the more junior Software Developers in your squad. Through supportive and positive management, you will help talented young professionals achieve their full potential.
Software Engineering: You have more than 3 years of experience as a software engineer 💻.
Stack Knowledge: Expertise in TypeScript/React.
Start-up spirit: You have already experienced working as a software engineer in a start-up or scale-up company 🚀.
Team Player: You want to contribute to a team and make it succeed.
Ambition: You are eager to learn new skills and have strong ambition for yourself. You have proven this through highly demanding studies 🎓.
Language: You are fluent in English 🌍. French is a plus.
