The role of the Technical Consultant Delivery Specialist is focused on the project delivery: database configuration, implementation, training, support until the project full payment.

This role is based around the successful delivery to the customer, ensuring that it meets and indeed exceeds the customers’ expectations.

Our ideal candidate is an energetic, tech savvy and customer-focused professional with an engaging personality and excellent communication skills no matter where the customer conversation takes place.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Liaising with the customer on all aspects of the project
• Working to the milestones set out in the project documentation

Customer development specification:

• Defining the specification that aligns to the customers’ expectations
• Creating detailed specification books and project documentation that provides clarity to all and minimises risks
• Communicating with developers through DEVOPS
• Communicating with customer on development & project miles stones ETA  

Customer Implementation:

• Ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered in alignment to the agreed documents
• Becoming the trusted specialist with the customer and gaining full confidence on your ability to deliver
• Numerous trips world wide are to be expected

Training and Support:

• Build comprehensive training programs
• Train the customers on purchased modules and best practice

Key Success Indicators:

• Customer feedback (i.e., NPS)
• Working with the development team

• What you must have done already:  

• Extensive experience in IT systems and network, database usage , embedded softwares
• A good understanding/exposure of the ‘BIM’ process in the built environment 
• A good understanding of industrial production and delivery (from raw material to finished product)

• What is nice to have done already:  

• An appreciation for other disciplines, and how they work collaboratively on projects 
• An understanding of CDE’s 

• appetite for travel and challenges
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• high customer centricity and excellence in service delivery
• seasoned in writting documentation, training customers and team members
• strong team player
• communication skills: appetite to simplify the complexity
• 4+ years experience
• Master in computer sciences, IT, Engineering
• Fluent in English and French, nice to have other languages (spanish, portuguese)
