We raised $25 million in our Series B round in December 2020 and $30 million in our Series C round in 2022. We more than doubled in size in every meaningful way: annual recurring revenue, the size of our customer base, and the size of our Gorgias team, for starters.

About the team

✍️ You will become an integral part of our dynamic and passionate People Ops team, consisting of 12 individuals organized into four departments: People Experience, People Success, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition. Our team is committed to cultivating an outstanding environment that nurtures the development of exceptional individuals.

🙋The Talent Acquisition Team comprises four dedicated members, including three recruiters and a Talent Acquisition Manager, collectively oversees recruitment initiatives for a wide range of roles, encompassing both technical and non-technical positions across Europe and the United States.

🚀 We are currently in search of a Mid-level General Recruiter with a focus on Go-To-Market teams. This individual will play a crucial role in hiring for both individual contributor and management roles in Sales & Partnerships, Success, Marketing, and beyond, contributing to teams expansion on the East-Coast and Europe.

What you will do

• As a Recruiter at Gorgias, focusing on GTM (Go-To-Market) teams, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing top talent to join our growing team.

• You will be a valuable partner to hiring managers, leveraging your expertise to provide guidance and support throughout the recruiting process. You will work closely with them to gain a deep understanding of the inner workings of each team, enabling their vision through a balanced focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

• You will coach hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and provide guidance on processes to follow.

• You will provide an excellent candidate experience and elevate our employer brand through thoughtfully crafted messaging and positioning.

• You'll have complete ownership of recruiting, with the autonomy to create, upgrade or obliterate current hiring processes and work on related projects as needed.

• You will proactively put together dashboards and reports for hiring managers to measure and manage progress and will propose hiring strategies to achieve the hiring goals.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand our business, our culture, and the candidate profiles that are the best fit for our company.

Who you are & Wanted skills

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience with a specialization in Go-to-Market teams, demonstrating a successful track record in hiring both individual contributors and management positions.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English

• Experience working in a fast-growing tech startup or small company environment

• A track record of attracting top talent and providing exceptional candidate experiences

• Prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to identify high-value tasks

• A desire to constantly improve and optimize recruiting processes
