This position is office based in Toronto
The Commercial Partner Manager role is focused on retention of Gorgias agency partners for our leading partner program. This is a revenue focused role on the Commercial Partnerships team with the goal of generating leads from existing partners. You will own:
Revenue generated by leads from agency partners. You will hold a quota and be responsible for maintaining SLA’s to hit that quota.
Managing 100 tier 3 agency partnerships at scale while delivering consistent value through our partner programs
Meeting virtually, and occasionally in-person, with partners for cadence calls, team trainings, account mappings, events, and more
Optimization of existing partnerships to help them grow their ecommerce business through referrals, co-marketing, events + sponsorships, and Gorgias services.
Collaboration with the broader partnerships teams to drive partner retention and reactivation
Collaboration with the sales teams to close leads generated from your agency partners
You want to step up to a challenge and maximize your impact to scale Tier 3 agency retention at Gorgias
Growth mindset: Revenue is your north star metric, you love driving new experiments and optimizing current ones to maintain fast growth.
Strong relationship building and communication skills. You are curious and able to understand our agency partners’ needs and can craft compelling stories on how we can grow together through partnership.
Experience in sales and partnerships with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
You have a strong ability to influence. People trust you for your matter expertise
You are comfortable solving problems and using data to make decisions
You are extremely organized and comfortable managing relationships with a high volume of partners
Very tech savvy and comfortable leveraging automations to boost efficiency
