About this role : 

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager (f/m/x) to enrich our international team in the vibrant city of Berlin.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive initiatives that enable our partners to engage with a reliable community of enthusiastic shoppers who love to find and buy great deals.

The position is part of the Partner Experience cross-functional team within our Revenue Growth tribe.

We are offering a full-time unlimited contract, working in a hybrid modality.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the OKRs of your cross-functional team based on our product strategy, and iteratively deliver solutions to meet these goals.
  • Drive improvements that increase our effective cost per click (eCPC) and overall revenue.
  • Extract insights from user research and data analysis to deeply comprehend the customer experience, catering to both our partners and community users.
  • Spot and address product gaps while generating innovative ideas to enhance user experience in a way that can also contribute to our revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, data analysts, product designers, and developers to brainstorm new ideas, finalize concepts, and prioritize tasks in line with our strategic goals and anticipated impact.
  • Define, track, and analyse pertinent success metrics to continuously improve our products.
  • Play a proactive role in the daily development of new features by preparing detailed user stories, overseeing execution, and managing feature roll-out.
  • Document and effectively communicate feature releases to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Your Profile: 

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, with a focus on both B2C and B2B products.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful products and services.
  • Proficiency in writing comprehensive user stories and documenting features.
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders, developers, product designers, QA managers, and data analysts.
  • A deep understanding of user needs, underpinned by experience in user research.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to leverage hard data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Familiarity with agile methodology and experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma/Figjam.
  • An understanding of web and app technologies and frameworks.
  • Fluency in English.
