At Gleamer, we build best-in-class AI solutions to assist radiologists in their clinical workflow. As a Product Manager – Clinical AI, you’ll own the lifecycle of our AI products — from discovery to roll-out — working closely with engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and business teams.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of product management experience, preferably with AI-driven products and ideally with exposure to medical devices (QARA, clinical studies, regulatory).

As the owner of all aspects of a Clinical AI product’s lifecycle, you will:
Research and interview radiologists, clinicians, and partners to understand their needs and workflows.
Translate customer feedback and market analysis into clear product requirements.
Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap, aligning short-term milestones with long-term vision.
Collaborate with Data & AI teams on dataset requirements, training, and validation of models.
Partner with regulatory and clinical affairs to navigate QARA, clinical validation, and certification processes.
Coordinate product launches, working with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.
Continuously evolve the product based on feedback, adoption metrics, and competitive analysis.
2–3 years of professional experience, including at least one as an AI product manager (or similar role).
Strong ability to gather and structure user needs, and turn them into product features.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to lead cross-functional discussions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and uncertainty.
Technical background (engineering, computer science, or life sciences) or strong interest in AI and healthcare.
Prior experience with AI/ML-driven products.
Prior experience with regulated medical devices (QARA, clinical studies, FDA/CE).
Exposure to radiology or broader healthcare industry.
