At Gleamer, we build best-in-class AI solutions to assist radiologists in their clinical workflow. As a Product Manager – Clinical AI, you’ll own the lifecycle of our AI products — from discovery to roll-out — working closely with engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and business teams.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of product management experience, preferably with AI-driven products and ideally with exposure to medical devices (QARA, clinical studies, regulatory).

Responsibilities

As the owner of all aspects of a Clinical AI product’s lifecycle, you will:

  • Research and interview radiologists, clinicians, and partners to understand their needs and workflows.

  • Translate customer feedback and market analysis into clear product requirements.

  • Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap, aligning short-term milestones with long-term vision.

  • Collaborate with Data & AI teams on dataset requirements, training, and validation of models.

  • Partner with regulatory and clinical affairs to navigate QARA, clinical validation, and certification processes.

  • Coordinate product launches, working with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.

  • Continuously evolve the product based on feedback, adoption metrics, and competitive analysis.


Profil recherché

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience, including at least one as an AI product manager (or similar role).

  • Strong ability to gather and structure user needs, and turn them into product features.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to lead cross-functional discussions.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and uncertainty.

  • Technical background (engineering, computer science, or life sciences) or strong interest in AI and healthcare.


Bonus points

  • Prior experience with AI/ML-driven products.

  • Prior experience with regulated medical devices (QARA, clinical studies, FDA/CE).

  • Exposure to radiology or broader healthcare industry.
