We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who is excited to transition from pure coding to a more business-oriented and impactful role. This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise and client interaction, helping Gladia win deals and deliver cutting-edge solutions for our customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to join calls with clients, understanding their complex technical problems and crafting tailored solutions.
Dive deep into client stacks, understanding their architecture, APIs, and systems to provide integration guidance and recommend the best configurations.
Occasionally, build and deliver monitoring dashboards to showcase results or improve client integrations.
Assist clients with technical debugging or troubleshooting where required by reading and understanding code.
Perform competitive benchmarking to keep Gladia ahead of the competition.
Technical background: 2+ years as a Software Engineer, with hands-on coding experience in Python or TypeScript.
Client-focused mindset: You’re excited to interact with customers and provide solutions to real-world problems.
Strong technical problem-solving skills: Ability to read and debug code to understand client issues and recommend the best integration strategies.
Business acumen: Comfort working in a sales-driven environment and helping close deals by showcasing the technical value of Gladia’s solutions.
Passion for AI: An interest in speech-to-text, audio intelligence, or machine learning is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
