Your team 

As a People & Culture Coordinator you will belong to our People & Culture team (on the pic below) and your closest leader will be Hanna Malmsten.

Being a People & Culture Coordinator 

Let’s look at the main responsibilities of this role! They are:

  • Keep track of, update and analyze our people analytics (e.g. attrition, time to hire, eNPS) and make sure that we constantly improve
  • Plan and coordinate our pre-/on-/post-boarding of new GetAccepters and ensure they have the best possible conditions to start their GetAccept adventure 
  • Support our people in daily questions about salary, benefits, vacation, parental leave etc
  • Own and update various communication channels (intranet, HR system, GetAccept send-outs) with relevant information 
  • Enhance our contracts, guidebooks, templates etc to always keep a world class people experience 
  • Support your colleagues with recruitment, office events or culture happenings when needed 
Who are we looking for?

This is the position for you who gets energized by making life easier for others and have attention to details! 

We would love it if you have the following background:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related
  • An excellent hands-on doer who gets things executed
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and excellent time management 
  • It's a plus if you have a good knowledge/previous experience within Swedish labour law, learning & development, people analytics or work environment
