Let's get down to the nitty-gritty! What it is all about: 

As a Business Controller, your mission is to empower data-driven commercial decision-making throughout GetAccept globally. You will lead KPI reporting and budgeting for commercial teams, provide data-driven insights and be a true business partner to internal stakeholders. You will be working directly with our CFO Rasmus Areskoug and collaborate with stakeholders across all departments and countries.

This is how you will contribute: 

  • Lead KPI reporting for go-to-market functions (sales & marketing) and ensure alignment across departments 
  • Evaluate sales & marketing performance through extensive data crunching and customer understanding
  • Analyse financial and operational SaaS KPIs
  • Help lead company-wide strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Develop monthly & quarterly reports on underlying performance and leading indicators
  • Aid strategic decision making by providing data-driven insights and analyses
  • Be a strategic business partner to key stakeholders including sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Prepare commercial presentations to the management team, board and investors

Is it you we are looking for? 

If you’ve read this far with a smile on your face, chances are pretty good we are a perfect match for each other! We would also love it if you have the following background: 

  • Relevant experience from an analytical role such as business controlling, management consulting, corporate finance, financial/business analysis, or adjacent fields
  • You are comfortable turning large data sets into useful insights
  • Graduated in fields such as engineering, business, or economics 
  • A strong commercial and financial understanding
  • Advanced Excel skills - you are comfortable building complex automated KPI models based on data from several different sources 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English 

We would love it even more if you also have the following: 

  • Experience with CRM systems and data
  • Some previous experience in sales or marketing with a basic understanding of sales processes and funnel metrics
  • Experience from subscriptions models or fast-growing technology companies
  • Technical skills such as VBA, SQL or Python is helpful but not required
