We are looking for a (Senior) Scientist to lead a (at least) 3-yr project, as part of the development of analytical tools for online monitoring of next-generation production of extracellular vesicles.

You will work in the BioAnalytical and Application Team, and develop an extracellular vesicles production process in bioreactors, characterise cells and exosomes, improve the bioprocess.

You will participate in the development of a bioreactor-connected analytical system, in an innovative and multidisciplinary environment.

Mission

1. Project management (GANTT and budget monitoring)

2. Setup an EVs bioproduction to mimic industrial production (USP and DSP)

3. Monitoring and characterisation of EVs production biomarkers using molecular biology/technologies (sequencing, qPCR)

4. Exosome trapping system development in close collaboration with Product Team

5. Participate in workday routine in the laboratory

• PhD in cellular and molecular biology, in Biotechnology or equivalent

• Cell culture  and EVs production

• Industrial experiment and bioreactor management desired

• Knowledge in genomic / transcriptomic / sequencing and molecular biology

• English (european level B2, C1)

• Speaking French is not mandatory
