With operations expanding rapidly and substantial funds (36m€ raised since 2022) and grants secured, Ganymed Robotics is in search of a Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations (accounting, reporting, etc.), reinforce internal controls and strategically organize financial operations for the next phase of development.
This role requires a strong background in financial audit, transaction services, or a similar position, ideally with prior experience at a Big Four audit firm. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Accounting
Manage the quarter-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in connection with our chartered accountants in France and in the US
Ensure financial statements are in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements and ensure the company’s financial reporting practices are in line with industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports
Coordinate and provide necessary documentation for annual audits and other financial reviews
Manage and oversee the relationship with external audit partners
Grant management
Ensure compliance with grant requirements
Manage the reporting process for grants received
Treasury management
Report on cash burn and KPIs to investors on a monthly basis
Manage treasury activities, including short-term deposits.
Reporting to investors
Risk management
Assist CFO in the implementation of a strong internal control framework (Finance, Sourcing, Production, Supply Chain, Clients, HR, IT/IS, etc.)
Monitor compliance with the internal control framework

Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in financial audit, transaction services, or a similar position, preferably in a Big Four audit firm.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards
Experience in managing financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent skills on PPT
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
