Gameloft is seeking a Licensing Coordinator that will be responsible for working closely with internal teams and key licensing partners to support the Licensing Director and game production teams on an operational level.

Main Tasks include

• Assist in the negotiation and clearance of 3rd party IP rights
• Manage high volume of asset approvals for multiple games with licensing partners
• Work with partners to secure co-marketing opportunities
• Prepare presentations and pitches for partnership opportunities
• Cultivate strong and longstanding relationships with our partners
• Provide administrative support for licensing team

• +1 years of experience
• Interest in gaming or partnerships, 
• Keen understanding of and interest in gaming industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage several complex projects at the same time
• Ability to contribute on collaborative project management platforms such as Trello and Jira
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Fluent in English, both written and orally
