Descriptif du poste

As an Account manager paying users, you will have the mission to support some of the most important clients of our project. If you feel curious to help them get into a real adventure and make their customer experience extraordinary, then keep reading the brief below.If you join our studio, you would contribute to the team efforts with the following responsibilities: 

  • Acting as single point of contact for paying users - identifying, evaluating and resolving their problems and complaints
  • Supervising customer care team in the paying users’ cases
  • Developing procedures and policies for customer care
  • Identifying data issues proactively and flag them to respective stakeholders
  • Gaining knowledge of internal service software, tools and databases

Profil recherché

  • Passion for games
  • Previous experience in customer care will be considered as a plus
  • Exposure to agile methodologies will be also considered as a plus
  • Excellent command of English – both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills
  • Teamwork
