  • Plan, organize, mentor, and manage the 2D Team's content production flow, overseeing all aspects from conception to completion.
  • Take charge of ensuring the quality of assets from your team and outsourcing partners, and oversee their seamless integration into the game.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to determine project needs and establish development pipelines and processes for efficient team workflows.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Ensure 2D Art content management, Setting up 2D development pipelines & process of the projects, planning, production & delivery (Jira, Miro, Confluence, internal tools).
  • Manage the deadlines and 2D Quality control & assets (Art content review, pipelines updating, guides & tutorials creation).
  • Work with different types of art content (In-game content, Live-ops & Marketing Art, UI art).
  • Actively join the project meetings and participate to the constant improvement of the game.
  • Graphical execution and consistency.
  • Ensure assets integration.
  • Game Reviews.
  • Guidance, Mentoring and Training artists.
  • Proactive attitude and to foresee production pipeline.
  • Maintain an efficient collaboration between your team and other departments.
  • Evaluate the performance of the 2D Artists.
  • Review the 2D JDs, tests and interview the potential candidates.

Profil recherché

  • Leading experience – must have (at least 2-3 years in game-industry on positions like Lead 2D Artist / Lead Artist / Art Manager or other relevant).
  • Proven knowledge in 2D (both from aesthetic & tech sides).
  • Strong knowledge in 2D game development pipelines and processes for mobile game.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle details as well as hard-surface techniques.
  • Excellent optimization skills for real-time mobile game.
  • Excellent team management skills using JIRA or any project management software.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational, supervisory and mentoring skills.
  • Passion for gaming.
  • 3D knowledge is as a must.
  • Understanding of mobile games market.

Will be a plus:

  • Flexibility in art-styles & settings.
  • Experience in live-ops & marketing (within the game-industry).
  • Experience in working with game engines.
