We are looking for a Strategy Director to join our strategic planning team starting in February 2026.
To lead strategic thinking and delivery across complex, global brand projects, driving innovation and excellence in partnership with senior leadership. The Strategy Director is accountable for shaping transformative brand strategies, inspiring clients and teams, and ensuring FutureBrand remains at the forefront of global branding. This role demands independent leadership, a global perspective, and the ability to influence at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Team Development
Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to the strategy team.
Ensure high performance standards and foster capability development through coaching and feedback.
Mentor team members and stakeholders throughout project phases.
Champion process improvements and operational excellence.
Strategic Leadership
Leverage and master FutureBrand tools to ensure consistency and best-in-class strategic outputs across all projects.
Lead and own workstreams across complex strategy projects.
Supervise industry analysis and competitive audits; synthesize findings into actionable insights.
Create compelling storylines and strategic recommendations for senior clients.
Drive innovation through creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Client & Business Development
Build trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams.
Inspire senior client groups and sell big ideas confidently.
Identify revenue opportunities and risks; contribute to commercial growth.
Represent FutureBrand in global forums and thought leadership initiatives.
