**Context **

We are looking for a talented Business Developer ready to take on the challenge of joining the market leader. Our team currently consists of 25 passionate people who work with digital tools and manage the salaries of over 3,000 consultants.

Joining Helvetic Payroll gives you the opportunity to play an active role in the Group’s new client portfolio development strategy, bringing your ambition and creative ideas to the table. You’ll be an asset in getting things moving within the team!

As a Business Developer, you’ll join the front office team and report directly to the CEO. This is not just a sales role. You’ll build a strong relationship with your partners, understand their individual needs and advise them on a long-term partnership based on trust.


Profil recherché

Your responsibilities:

✅ You will be responsible for representing Helvetic Payroll to our partners and the Swiss authorities by providing an excellent service.

✅ You will create and implement a sales strategy to identify new customers for further development of our offerings.

✅ You will be responsible for the strategic management of new customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

✅ You will identify all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within your new customer portfolio.

✅ You will act as the first point of contact in meeting the needs of consultants and new customers.

✅ You will organise face-to-face and telephone meetings with consultants, clients and agencies in order to assess their needs and expectations and provide them with a personalised and optimised offer.

✅ You will work closely with the back-office team (Administration & Finance) to integrate each new consultant and assist them with their day-to-day tasks.

✅ You will maintain and develop the existing business portfolio in conjunction with the KAM.

✅You will take part in Group events: clients and partners.

What we’re looking for:

👉 You have at least 1 years’ experience in a sales role with proven experience in business development and complex sales, ideally in the recruitment, banking, insurance or payroll sectors.

👉 You have an entrepreneurial spirit

👉 You are customer-focused and ready to provide a service that goes above and beyond (excellent communication skills, ability to anticipate, problem-solving skills, responsiveness).

👉 You’re passionate about your work, negotiation holds no secrets for you.

👉 You enjoy a challenge, are stress-resistant and know how to manage priorities.

👉 You’re committed, open-minded, enthusiastic and a team player.

👉 You have a very good command of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

👉 You are fluent in English and German. French is a very good asset for this role.
