MISSIONS

As the Head of Marketing - B2C, your missions will be to:

  • Manage mobility market research and customer interviews to understand clearly the needs of our prospects and competition environment
  • Elaborate a per-business line product segmentation taking into account market specificities, audience, market size etc…, maximizing lock-in and cross-sell among products
  • Build and communicate a global roadmap to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy of the B2C marketing strategy, cultivating strong collaborative relationships with all services
  • Manage all our marketing and communication assets with the designers and brand content teams to produce impactful creatives and promote our communication efficiently
  • Set up dedicated action plans to develop secure, impactful & consistent campaigns, boost the usage of the service and ensure the follow-up of these action plans
  • Develop, manage and implement the global acquisition strategy with acquisition & partnerships team
  • Optimize customer journey with a constant focus on conversion, retention and referral with digital project manager
  • Improve the understanding usage and customer journey of our customers with data scientists and product teams in order to propose adaptations to the product and ensure its suitability to the market 
  • Define and manage users segmentation in order to maximize the personalization of our communications with the CRM team
  • Design and implement the CRM strategy and deploy it across channels, to activate, onboard, engage, educate, and retain our users
  • Work closely with Product team to shape new product and go-to-market strategy
  • Create ideas to improve user experience and new solution for our B2C customers
  • Implement solutions of onboarding, retention, reactivation and loyalty program to grow our user base and foster the engagement of our users 
  • Test and learn everyday to analyse all campaign performance of your and prioritize your actions 
  • Dig into the numbers so every decision you make is informed, and backed up by data


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • BSc or MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • To have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role ideally in a start-up or scale-up that develops a consumer mobile app
  • Creative, Energetic, engaged, committed, results-oriented attitude, a challenger driven by numbers and innovation
  • Ability to work in rapidly evolving organizations, uncertain and under-built environments, with different profiles and constraints originating from other teams and departments
  • You have à strong vision growth, branding and design 
  • Strong eye for design and content quality
  • You have a strong analytical to turn data into actionable insights
  • You are creative and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • A strong customer-centric mentality - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
