You will be part of our B2B sales team based in UK you will report to our Head of B2B Business Development.

 You will be responsible of increasing the sales of B2B Mobility Solutions.

1/ Develop sales for UK : 

  • You are responsible for the Free2Move Business Solutions across the market (Sales result, NPS, incentive, POLCO etc
). The main offers to manage are Connect Fleet (telematics) solutions, Fleet Sharing solutions, Short and medium term rental offer for B2B customers and other services, including the ones for electric cars drivers.

  • You will look mainly for new business opportunities and new customers in order to increase the sales and the profitability of the Mobility B2B solutions, including new channels like call center & web sales inside and outside Stellantis Group.

  • You will benchmark competitors to keep one step ahead

  • You will lead the relationship with local suppliers, partners and the various Stellantis Sales teams

  • You will propose of a commercial policies (incentives, PAYPLAN, POLCO, special operations
)

  • You develop direct sales to the end customers especially National & International Key Account customers


2/ Develop sales and marketing actions on all the sales channels :

  • You lead the relationship with local partners

  • You will train/manage the local sales teams (partners) and help them in their sales with the customers

  • You will realize and update business documentations (user guides, Q&A, customers presentation, sales pitches, video presentations
)

  • You will provide to the training teams the product documentation

  • You will present to the customers, perform demonstrations of the different interfaces solutions and ROI tables

  • You will launch test phases with the customers

  • You are proactive on communication and marketing topics

  • You will collect customer feedbacks, go to exhibitions, participate to conference etc


3/ Manage the customer satisfaction :

  • You will be in charge of management of KPI

  • You will follow-up of corrective actions with the Business and Product Owners

  • You will be responsible of analysis, evaluation and consideration of new customer requests related to the Business Owner


Expected skills:

  • 🔧 Master Degree in business 
  • 🔧 At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with proven track record 
  • 🔧 Native English, another language a real plus
And also: 
  • 🔧 You have a technical fiber/ E-commerce/ Mobility/ Innovative services
  • 🔧 You have the ability to influence senior management
  • 🔧 You need to be 100 % business and customer oriented
