The position of "(Junior) Finance Manager" (f/md) at FRAMEN entails multifaceted responsibilities encompassing both generalist and support functions. As a collaborative team member, you'll be actively engaged across various domains within the finance department, working in tandem with our mother company's accounting department. This role demands a proficient and adaptable approach to finance operations on a global scale. This role is an on-site position based in Berlin and offers 2 remote days in coordination with your team. 

• Your daily routine as a Finance Associate encompasses a wide range of operational tasks within the finance department.
• Your role includes consolidating and effectively transmitting information, as well as overseeing mailbox management.
• You understand that engaging with stakeholders and collaborating with our external accounting service provider are pivotal aspects of your daily responsibilities.
• The satisfaction of performing fundamental accounting duties, such as invoice coding, is something you take pleasure in, all while ensuring strict compliance with our accounting protocols.
• Templates serve as valuable instruments in your toolkit for effective work and analysis.
• Deadlines are more than just dates; they're sacred commitments to you.
• You relish the dynamic challenges presented by controlling activities, like preparing reports for our international subsidiaries.

• Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in financial accounting with a focus on accounts receivable.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Your language skills include fluent in english and confident in german (B2) in word and writing

• Positive can-do and hands-on attitude with the ability to multitask
