Who are they?

Forest Admin is a project launched by eFounders in 2017 to help developers save time when they build apps. Our tool takes the burden out of creating professional looking admin panels for your app. Being a low-code tool, it brings the best of no-code and dev worlds under the same roof. Imagine a tool where you can easily customize the U/I of your interfaces using a mouse and at the same time where you can code the very advanced business logic your company needs to run its operations!

We’re currently onboarding more and more fast-growing companies (ex. Qonto, Heetch, Shadow…) and the market is endless as most web powered businesses (web, mobile, etc.), regardless of their geography or business, need some form of internal tool!

This is a strategic role at Forest Admin which will be key to helping us build our talent pool and we are looking for an exceptionally strong profile to lead our hiring efforts.

Job description

About the Role

Based in our Paris office, you will work in tandem with a seasoned professional (our grey haired CFO!) who has been with the company for 4 years and has a helped grow the team from 5 to 35 professionals.
We firmly believe that hiring is a team effort and as such you will work hand in hand with our Team leads to scope, source, screen and attract the best tech and business talent to take the Company to the next level.
This role has a strong focus on identifying the company’s future leaders, bringing them onboard and establishing the Company’s brand in the talent market.
As the first Talent boots on the ground the role will offer many opportunities for ambitious candidates to grow and take on new responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

• Work with the heads of the different Team heads to anticipate our growth, define a hiring plan and scope new positions and associated score cards
• Find, assess and close the best candidates for each role, using a mix of strategies (networking, direct approach, agencies and platform-based approaches)
• Contribute to Forest Admin’s reputation in the market as a great employer for tech and tech-minded business talent

Preferred experience

• 3-5 years of startup or digital agency recruiting is strongly desired
• Willingness to structure the Hiring function of a Series A Company
• Strong communication skills in both French and English (we are a franco-US company that communicates internally in English and willing to hire internationnaly)
• Familiarity with mainstream hiring tools (ATS, Sourcing tools, hiring platforms, etc.) is required
• Willingness to work in a tech environment (our tool is sold to developers)
• Ability to pitch Forest Admin (its product, ambition, values and team) better than it’s founders is a must!
• Organized, driven and positive personnality who recognizes him/herself in our lumberjack/jill values
