Your Mission
You’ll be in charge of launching FoodFlow in Belgium.
As both a top performer and a leader, your role will be to hit — and exceed — the Belgian Business Plan.
✅ Lead and support the sales team on a daily basis (goal tracking, coaching, motivation).
📅 Run regular check-ins (daily/weekly meetings) to keep the team aligned.
📊 Manage your own sales pipeline and set the bar for performance.
🤝 Convert as many clients as possible with a short sales cycle (call + on-site meetings in restaurants).
📨 Achieve and surpass the targets of the Belgian FoodFlow Business Plan.

💰 Compensation: €45,000 fixed + €25,000 uncapped variable
