MISSIONS :
Builds the CRM Backlog
Helps business express requirements and needs
Consolidates and analyzes business requests
Assesses maturity, prioritizes and presents requests for arbitration
Ensure that the CRM Backlog is correctly scheduled according to the business value and impacts of each requirement
Prepares and leads backlog reviews with business owners
Responsible for the first Go/No Go gate before to enter requests in the backlog before transitioning to Product Owners
CRM Roadmap and Strategy
Communicate and follow up on CRM backlog items with stakeholders
Support Salesforce application Director in building CRM Roadmap
Participate in the definition of our Salesforce applications development strategy
Project coordination
Coordinate with Product Owner and partners on project and capacity planning
Collaborate with Product Owner and partners to define release scope and sprint backlog
Ensure project best practices are followed (User Stories structure, testing strategy …)
Guaranty the roadmap delivery (delays, costs, quality)
PROFILE :
Technical skills
At least 5 years working in a Salesforce CRM Project. Salesforce certification is appreciated.
Salesforce and functional expertise
Agile Project Management
Writing skills and synthesis skills
Ability to work with people of varying technical skills
Must be fluent in English. French or/and other European languages a plus.
