After a successful series A and two years of establishing itself as one of the new major players in crypto market-making, Flowdesk is now looking to create a Product Team to continue innovating and developing the best financial products. Reporting to Tony, Head of Engineering, you will have a 360° role where initiative and construction will be the keywords.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Take care of the product that is our trading platform by making changes and helping its transformation
  • Work hand in hand with the Lead Front End Dev and the UX/UI Designer
  • Be the bridge between engineers and traders
  • Retrieve and formalise current & upcoming needs
  • In the longer term; build a direct relationship with Flowdesk customers to gather their needs & feedback

Requirements

Background and experience

  • 4-year+ experience in a Product Management role
  • Experience with a SAS product
  • Experience in finance/crypto is a plus

Skills and personality

  • Professional proficiency in English, French is a plus
  • Organized and autonomous
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Open-minded and curious
  • Challenge lover
