Are you currently working as a KYC Onboarding or Reviews analyst ? Do you have a clear understanding of Risk Management & Anti Money Laundering practices? Are you interested to work in the crypto ecosystem ? You will report to the Flowdesk's Lead Compliance team in permanent interaction with the Sales teams, your mission is to provide support on compliance matters in a international context.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Performing KYC due diligence on new-onboardings, remediation and/or periodic reviews.
• Gathering and analysing KYC documentation in accordance with the policy requirements to identify risks associated with the client, and assess overall risk.
• Sourcing of data from approved public sources using the methods outlined in policies and procedures.
• Construction of KYC files with the required information and documentation in accordance with the policy.
• Completing a risk assessment and determining the KYC risk classification of each entity and the country it is associated with.
• Escalation to level 2 where information cannot be sourced or provided.
• Communicating with clients and the Sales team to obtain information and documentation required to complete KYC/EDD reviews.
• Conducting screening checks using third party tools to identify Sanctions, PEPs, and Adverse Media in relation to the entities and related parties within the portfolio’s and subject to current screening policies and procedures.
• Assist with other tasks as required.

Requirements

Background and Experiences

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• ACAMS or AMF certification is a plus

Skills and personality

• Understanding of KYC/CDD requirements
• Work collaboratively
• Ability to manage relationships both internal and external
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory, another language is a plus
• Good knowledge and appetite for the financial industry world
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry is a plus
