MISSION
As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will contribute to consulting engagements for clients facing complex cybersecurity challenges, particularly in payments and other regulated environments.
You will support the assessment of client security environments, contribute to the development of pragmatic recommendations, and help deliver security-related projects with a strong focus on technical understanding, clear analysis, and effective client communication.
You will also be expected to prepare high-quality deliverables, participate in client workshops and meetings, and contribute to business development activities when relevant.
ACTIVITIES
· Conduct cybersecurity assessments across technical, functional, and organisational dimensions in order to identify key risks, vulnerabilities, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
· Gather and structure information through client interviews, documentation review, and working sessions in order to assess current security practices, controls, architectures, and policies.
· Contribute to the design and recommendation of cybersecurity improvements and solution options, including topics such as identity and access management, cloud security, privileged access, monitoring, and security operations.
· Prepare and support client workshops, working sessions, and governance meetings in order to align security priorities, project actions, and stakeholder expectations.
· Prepare clear and structured client deliverables, including assessment reports, risk analyses, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
· Contribute to pre-sales activities when relevant, including proposal preparation, RFP responses, and selected client or prospect meetings.
· Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and, when appropriate, to external presentations, thought leadership, or event participation on cybersecurity topics.
JOB EXPERIENCE
· 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity consulting, cybersecurity delivery, or security-related advisory roles.
· Exposure to regulated environments, digital payments, digital identity, cloud security, IAM, or related security domains would be an advantage.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
· Master’s degree in engineering, cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
· Good understanding of key cybersecurity domains and market solutions, such as IAM, privileged access management, cloud security, security monitoring, and identity-related technologies. Familiarity with solutions such as Microsoft AD, Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, Splunk, or Microsoft Azure would be valuable.
· Familiarity with collaborative project environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
· Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
· Ability to work effectively in complex client environments and adapt to a variety of stakeholders, contexts, and levels of technical maturity.
· Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong willingness to learn and develop in a demanding consulting environment.
· Rigorous, reliable, and proactive approach to problem solving and project work.
· Fluent English is required. Good command of French is strongly preferred, especially for client engagements in the French market.
