We’re looking for a Customer Training Consultant to join our Customer Success team and play a key role in designing and delivering our training programs.
In this role, you’ll focus on creating impactful learning experiences for our customers, developing training materials, and delivering both standard and tailored sessions. You’ll work closely with our Content Manager, Revenue, and Product teams to scale training initiatives and ensure customers can confidently and effectively use our platforms OpenCTI and OpenBAS.
Design and build a scalable library of training content (agendas, slide decks, demo datasets, hands-on workshops) for OpenCTI and OpenBAS.
Deliver training sessions to customers (remotely and on-site).
Continuously improve training content based on platform updates and feedback.
Document training delivery processes and propose scalable models for future services.
Develop learning paths and certification programs to support different user profiles and maturity levels.
Contribute to building a customer education strategy that scales with our growing community.
Reporting to: Head of Customer Success
Collaboration with: Content Manager, Revenue, and Product teams
Close interactions with: Public and private sector customers globally, including cybersecurity and threat intel teams
Environment: Fully remote, async-friendly, and collaborative
Proven experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), SOC, or adjacent cybersecurity roles
Strong communication and presentation skills, ideally with experience in delivering training
Comfortable working in both strategic and technical contexts
Autonomous, structured, and curious mindset
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Bonus: Experience building training path and educational content in a tech/SaaS environment
