As Feedier is quickly growing, we’re looking for an NLP Software Engineer to scale our NLP module.

To give you some context,

The Feedier Platform is processing thousands of open feedback text data per day. They’re are currently analyzed with pre built LLM on multiple aspects: sentiment, entity detection, summarization, zero-token classification, etc.

The goal of this position is to take our NLP module to the next level. This is not a 100% R&D job, you would work closely with our product team, training the models with production data and applying ML insights directly to our users through our platform.

• You have already worked with Huggingface and Sagemaker (or similar).

• You have experience with LLM and fine-tuning.

• You have experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.

• You understand NLP tasks (zero-token classification, sentiment analysis, etc.).

• You speak both English and French.
