Descriptif du poste

An FDE is the person who owns customer outcomes. Not customer relationships, not satisfaction scores — outcomes: the actual results the customer is trying to achieve with the software.

As a Junior Forward Deployed Engineer (Level I — Deployment Specialist) at Feedier, you will own the deployment and technical enablement of our AI-native platform for enterprise customers. You are part of our Delivery Team. You’ll work directly with clients to deploy, configure, and tailor Feedier to their specific workflows — across three critical pillars: AI deployment, data integrations, and platform configuration.

AI is making deployment harder, not easier. AI systems require fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and ongoing adjustment. You can’t throw an LLM over the wall and expect customers to figure it out. That’s why this role exists.

Key Responsibilities

You own the deployment function for our customers. This is strategic work: every successful deployment accelerates time-to-value and directly impacts retention and expansion.

What does it mean?

  1. Lead the technical deployment of the Feedier Platform — AI configuration (RAG, observability, models), data integrations (N8N connectors, attributes), and platform setup (SSO, emails, workflows).

  2. Translate customer business requirements into concrete platform configurations, automations, and integrations (APIs, webhooks, data pipelines).

  3. Build and maintain connectors and lightweight automations (N8N) that extend the platform for specific client use cases.

  4. Collaborate daily with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve blockers, surface product gaps, and feed the roadmap with field insights.

  5. Handle 30–50% of Feedier support, leveraging deep product knowledge to resolve issues fast.

  6. Create and maintain deployment documentation, playbooks, and knowledge base articles to scale the function.

Profil recherché

What are we looking for?

  • Technical Skills. Familiarity with web technologies, RESTful APIs, and SQL. Comfortable reading and writing code to solve real problems. Experience with workflow tools (N8N or similar) is a plus.

  • AI Curiosity. General understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering). You don’t need to be an expert — but you need to be genuinely interested.

  • Problem-Solving. Strong analytical mindset — you enjoy diagnosing ambiguous issues and building pragmatic solutions under time pressure.

  • Customer-Facing Comfort. Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You’re not afraid of a client call.

  • Excellent written and verbal English and French.

No specific degree required. People with entrepreneurship experience or engineering backgrounds tend to be a strong fit.
