Already adopted by more than 2,000 affiliated retirement and care homes in France, our solution Famileo is expanding internationally — recently in Germany.
We are hiring a VIE Sales Representative, based in Germany (Baden-Württemberg, Saarland, Rheinland-Pfalz or Nordrhein-Westfalen), for a 24-month contract to support our growth in this strategic market.
Reporting directly to Mélanie, our German Market Development Manager based in France, you will actively contribute to the business development of our Famileo B2B solution for healthcare and social institutions (care homes, retirement homes, senior residences), directly in the field.
Your responsibilities
You will be in charge of:
Identifying new partner and business opportunities, and establishing initial contact.
Prospecting via phone, in person, or during physical meetings.
Introducing and presenting the Famileo B2B solution to close new business partnerships.
Representing Famileo at trade shows and professional events.
Collaborating with the team to support the onboarding of new partners.
Tracking your sales activities in our CRM and sharing your progress with the team.
Your profile
You are eligible for the VIE program (under 28 years old, EU nationality).
You already have experience in B2B business development. Formal sales training is a real plus!
You speak German fluently (native or bilingual level), and you have a good level of French and/or English.
You’re proactive, autonomous, and have strong interpersonal skills.
You’re eager to learn, grow, contribute to an impactful project, and above all, you thrive on challenges.
You’re mobile: regular travel within Germany is expected, along with occasional visits in Saint-Malo, France (our seaside HQ 🐚).
