If your answer to these questions is “yes”, then you should know that Famileo, the personalized family newspaper for your grandparents, is hiring a new Sales Development Representative USA!

Using the Famileo app, each family member can post messages and photos which are then transformed into a personalized gazette newspaper for their grandparents. Born in France in 2015, Famileo is an international company with more than 1,5 million users and we are now launching in the USA. We already have 200 grandparents who receive their gazettes at home and over 100 senior living communities who distribute it to their residents and we are looking for someone who can help grow these figures.

You will join our existing USA team (4 people based in Boston) and work with our Business Developers to expand our growth in the US market and bring Famileo to new senior living communities on the East coast.

Job description

What exactly will I do?

  • Research and analyze the USA elderly care market to identify new opportunities and create an ongoing pipeline of contacts to prospect.

  • Contact, via telephone and email, all potential leads to present the solution and secure qualified meetings for our USA Business Developers.

  • Learn to work with tools such as Pipedrive.

Our USA team is still quite small, so we are looking for someone who can also be in contact with our French HQ to

  • help our Marketing team create communication supports for the USA B2B market.

  • help our Communications team manage our American social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram …).

  • share any product feedback / ideas you have on how to update and improve our product solution.

Preferred experience

How do I know if I’m a match for this amazing opportunity? • You have a Bachelor’s degree with previous professional sales experience. • You are a dynamic person, with unparalleled interpersonal skills, full of joy and good humor to convey to our customers and prospects who need it. • Of course, you love your grandparents and all the elderly people on the planet for whom you will fight to reduce their isolation. • You are an organized self-starter, motivated to join a growing company and happy to be flexible as no two days are the same. • You enjoy working in an international environment.
