You role

We're expanding rapidly, with many new customer projects to lead! The Product Manager function is strategic within the company as it coordinates customer development projects and therefore ensures the success of our projects.

You will work with Fairmat's customers from a variety of industries (sports equipment, electronics goods, automotive, etc.) as well as numerous internal teams (Sales, R&D, Production, Industry, etc.) to ensure the success of customer projects.

The Product Manager is in charge of developing new customer products and guide cross-functional teams to meet design and schedule goals.

About the team

Our Product team's mission is to develop new customer products.

The Product team is cross-functional, versatile and agile. It has a 360° view of the organization, and interacts with numerous internal and external stakeholders. The team currently comprises 4 people, including 1 manager. The team is mainly based in our laboratory in the 19th arrondissement of Paris.

Your Missions : 

1/ Assist the Sales team during the sales process

2/ Integrate and develop customer products in Fairmat (max : 5)

3/ Planning and coordination of customer projects

Profil recherché

- Strong experience in project management (+ de 5 Years) 

- Proven track record of  managing complex product schedule with rapid development cycle (less than a year)

- A strong background in engineering, materials science, or mechanical engineering 

- Proactive and highly self-motivated; demonstrates critical thinking capabilities with strong attention to detail

- Excellent leadership,  communication and interpersonal skills.

- Remain flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity
