🎯 Your Role

As a Senior Recruitment Operations Specialist, you will own and elevate the end-to-end recruitment engine at Fabriq. You’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring teams and leadership, driving hiring excellence through optimized processes, data-informed insights, and best-in-class candidate experiences. You’ll help shape the future of recruitment at Fabriq as we scale across functions and geographies.

🛠️ Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategic Partner & Execution: Lead recruitment operations across departments, partnering with hiring managers to define and challenge candidates profiles, optimize funnels, and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics. Identify a few potential candidates and narrow down the candidate profile with the assistance of external recruiters

  • Process Optimization: In line with our Lean ways of working, you will design, implement, and continuously refine scalable recruitment workflows, automation, and tools to ensure operational efficiency and consistency across all stages of recruitment.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting process alignment across internal teams and external agencies/headhunters. Provide training and support to hiring managers.

  • Candidate Experience: Champion a world-class candidate journey by identifying and implementing initiatives to improve communication, transparency, and engagement.

  • Data & Reporting: Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor recruiting KPIs, forecast hiring needs, and provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Employer Branding: Oversee the execution of employer branding strategies, including social media content, careers page optimization, talent marketing campaigns, events.

  • ATS Management: Own and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (HomeRun), ensuring data integrity, reporting capability, and user training.


Profil recherché

  • Experience: 5+ years in recruitment or talent operations, ideally in high-growth tech or startup environments; proven track record in scaling or improving recruitment functions.

  • Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a deep commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Language: Fluent in French and English.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project ownership. Comfortable balancing strategic and hands-on work.
