🧭 What You’ll Do (and Learn)

As a Fullstack BDR/SDR, you’ll be the engine of our commercial growth. Your playground: identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified prospects. You’ll act as a real Prospect Hunter — from first touch to handing off to Sales.

  • 🧠 Prospecting Strategy – Identify and qualify top leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, events, and more

  • 📞 First Contact & Pitching – Reach out to prospects, understand their needs, and spark their interest
    🎯 Collaboration with AEs – Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to convert leads into clients

  • 🌍 Event Presence – Represent Ezus at trade shows, webinars, or networking meetups (1–2 per quarter)

  • 🚀 Process Optimization – Test, analyze, and improve our prospecting tools and techniques
