Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Intern to join our Sales teams located in Paris, the US, and Mauritius. As a Sales Intern, you will be an integral part of the team, assisting in lead management and qualification, conducting product demos, and supporting the sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about nonprofit and social-good organizations and wants to gain practical experience in sales within a SaaS company.
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for all leads, including phone, email, LinkedIn, etc., and evaluate their needs and current systems.
Assist in performing product demos for incoming leads.
Book routine follow-up calls after demos and provide support until lead closing.
Contact leads who did not book a demo and convert them into an opportunity.
Assist in qualifying enterprise or network leads for Account Executives/Managers.
Contribute to the development of the Inside Sales strategy for US users.
Evaluate the quality of inbound leads from various marketing sources.
Collect and accumulate product feedback for team evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Native-level proficiency in English
Available to work part-time or full-time
Part-time: At least 10-15 hours per week
Full-time: 40 hours per week
