Study and improve the physicochemical interactions between textile dye products and textile fibers
Analyze adsorption, penetration, and fixation phenomena of dyes on various fibers
(especially polyester)
Optimize dye formulations in relation to fiber structure and morphology
Collaborate with R&D teams to develop innovative solutions adapted to industrial
constraints
Use advanced analytical techniques (spectroscopy, chromatography, microscopy) to characterize interactions and dye performance
Write technical reports and present results to stakeholders
Master’s degree or PhD in macromolecular chemistry, polymer physical chemistry, or related field
Proven experience (at least 1 year) with biopolymers (e.g. cellulose), synthetic polymers
(e.g. polyester), and nanoparticle characterization
Strong knowledge of polymer-fiber interactions and physicochemical phenomena
Solid understanding of molecular interactions, adsorption, and diffusion
Experience with UV-Vis, IR, NMR, chromatography, electron microscopy, DLS, and zeta
potential
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Autonomy, scientific rigor, and analytical mindset
Professional English (spoken and written)
