• Oversee the electron microscopy project from equipment selection to commissioning

• Install, calibrate, and maintain electron microscopy equipment (SEM, TEM)

• Perform sample analyses for R&D, process, and textile teams

• Interpret and present results to technical teams

• Suggest technical optimizations to improve analysis quality

• Train and support internal users of the microscopy equipment

• Write technical reports and document procedures

• Expertise in electron microscopy (SEM, TEM), and sample preparation for
  polymers/textiles

• Proficiency with image analysis tools (ImageJ, Gatan, etc.)

• Skills in equipment calibration and maintenance

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills

• At least 3 years of experience in electron microscopy

• Professional English (spoken and written)
