We are looking for a dedicated L2 Support Engineer to be responsible for remotely troubleshooting hardware issues for Evernex’s customers. The Engineer may support in additional technical tasks, such as gathering hardware system specification for contract implementation or training activities as expanding IT systems technical knowledge and sharing it with coworkers. The main task of Engineer is to review collected data and create step by step technical analysis for field engineers and customers.
To be successful Engineer, you should demonstrate very good knowledge for most popular x86/64 servers and have knowledge about storage or networking systems accompanied with good communication and self-organization skills.
