Within the Innovation Department, our role is to make AI a concrete lever for Evaneos: fewer repetitive tasks, higher day to day efficiency, and teams that remain autonomous and owners of the solutions they use.
We are hiring a Product Manager AI Enablement, whose mission is to identify, build, and scale AI use cases that are genuinely adopted by internal teams.
Your impact : reduce time spent on low value tasks, improve operational efficiency across teams, and avoid AI remaining a collection of isolated or short lived experiments.
Within the Innovation Department, you will join the AI “Company,” organized into two complementary streams:
Pathfinder : Designs and builds AI-native products to unlock new growth opportunities and position Evaneos at the forefront of its market.
AI Company : Solves real team problems to improve operational efficiency, accelerate execution, and build a practical AI-native culture.
You will join the AI Company stream as Product Manager AI (a key role that is still being shaped).

You work closely with teams to understand their workflows, constraints, and pain points.

You use product management tools like OSTs as a prioritisation tool, not a fixed roadmap.
You ship, learn, and iterate fast: prototypes, tests, POCs, feedback loops. Always AI centric, always ROI minded.
🧩 Scaling solutions: turning local gains into shared value
You identify patterns across teams and build reusable solutions (templates, workflows, shared AI tools) to eliminate duplication and accelerate delivery company-wide.
You grow a shared library of AI solutions and best practices that teams actually use.
You decide between quick fixes and platform investments with sound judgment and timing.
🧠 Building capability: practical AI enablement
Contribute to Evaneos’ AI enablement strategy.
Design and run practical sessions: workshops, training, demos, onboarding, and peer learning groups.
Adapt content to different audiences (operations, marketing, leadership).

Contribute directly to Evaneos’ mission of enabling more local, responsible, and human travel experiences by making teams more efficient and empowered through AI.

💰 The salary range is €63–70K gross annual salary.

You have already built and deployed concrete AI or automation solutions.
