The agency is looking for a Travel Expert to join its team in India, based in New Delhi or Jaipur. In this role, you will advise travelers and design tailor-made trips, transforming qualified requests into confirmed bookings while ensuring a high level of service throughout the entire customer journey.
You will work closely with local partners and internal teams, combining sales, itinerary design, and customer care. This position is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset who enjoys direct contact with travelers and wants to develop deep destination expertise.

🧭 Sales & travel design
Advise travelers and convert qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Design personalized itineraries and prepare tailored quotations in collaboration with local partners.
Understand travelers’ expectations, budgets, and constraints to propose relevant travel solutions.
Achieve individual sales objectives while contributing to the overall success of the team.
💼 Operations & coordination
Ensure smooth coordination from trip planning through travelers’ return.
Collect, update, and share information on hotels, activities, and service providers.
Work closely with internal teams to guarantee consistency and quality across all files.
🌟 Customer care & loyalty
Deliver a high level of service throughout the customer journey.
Collect and analyze traveler feedback after the trip.
Contribute to customer loyalty by integrating feedback into internal databases and processes.

Previous experience in tourism, sales, or customer service.
Prior exposure to tailor-made travel or DMC environments.
