We are looking for a French-speaking Sales Agent to join our partner agency as a freelance collaborator. You will respond to qualified requests from the Evaneos platform, design personalized itineraries, and guide travelers throughout their decision-making process.
This role suits someone autonomous, organized, and motivated by sales, customer care, and strong destination knowledge. You will work fully remotely from Brazil, with flexible hours and close collaboration with the Sales Manager.
⚠️ This position is exclusively for candidates already living in Brazil. Because of the contract type, the agency cannot sponsor visas.
✈️ Sales & customer support
Advise travelers by responding to incoming requests through the Evaneos platform.
Understand expectations, constraints, and interests to design tailored proposals.
Share meaningful guidance about destinations, cultural insights, and travel styles.
Build inspiring, personalized itineraries that help travelers project themselves into their trip.
📋 Operations & practical management
Coordinate bookings with hotels, guides, transport providers, and local partners.
Match each request with the most suitable services and on-site experiences.
Prepare and validate quotations in line with internal processes and quality standards.
🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip
Serve as the main point of contact before and during the trip.
Monitor the quality of services and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities, allowing for a deep understanding of travelers’ expectations and a smooth conversion of inquiries into bookings.
Solid knowledge of Brazil as a destination, enabling the creation of balanced, meaningful, and well-structured itineraries.
A natural ability to communicate with clarity and empathy, building trust and offering attentive, customer-centered guidance throughout the process.
Excellent organizational skills, ensuring structured workflows, careful attention to detail, and effective management of multiple travel files.
A reliable and autonomous working style, with consistent respect for processes and a collaborative attitude that supports seamless teamwork.
